Sculptures may require additional processing time prior to shipment due to their specialized nature. Shipping timelines for these items may exceed those of standard products. By purchasing a sculpture, you acknowledge and accept that delivery may take longer than typical orders.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, which will be provided upon request. Please note that failure to request expedited shipping promptly may result in the order being processed under standard shipping terms.

We offer international shipping to select countries including Canada, Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, and New Zealand. However, please note that due to current VAT restrictions, shipments to the United Kingdom are not available at this time. All international customers are responsible to any import taxes and fees that may apply.

Any order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

We strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of USPS delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility for returns or exchanges. A refund will be provided once the item has been received.

In the event of a defective item, not caused by the customer or shipping company, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Photo evidence of the defective item will be required for our assessment and decision on the replacement. Customer may be required to return the defective item to receive the refund, but shipping costs will be covered.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping, as this is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, we may provide a replacement free of charge, however, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

SCULPTURE PURCHASES

If you purchase a sculpture, you may cancel your order prior to shipment per our cancellation policy. However, once the sculpture has shipped, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on sculptures under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

In the event that a sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us at aceofclayorders@gmail.com within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the carrier to discuss a resolution. Photo evidence of the damaged sculpture and shipping box will be required. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we are not liable to take further action. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate course of action.

We are pleased to accept purchase orders (POs) for transactions. Please note that all purchase orders must be paid in full prior to order processing and fulfillment. For inquiries, additional information, or to place a purchase order, please contact us at aceofclayorders@gmail.com.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct when placing an order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package re-shipped to the correct address. No refunds will be issued in this event, and failure to pay for reshipment does not entitle the customer to a refund on their order.
